What is soul care?

At its core, soul care is care for the soul - the seat of a person's mind, will, and emotions. That part of us that makes decisions, experiences emotions, and learns behavior. Soul care includes opportunities for gentle reflection, personal growth, and making time for bodily rest and rejuvenation - in short, realigning our souls with the heart of God.

It's true that "two are better than one". We weren't designed to be alone. God designed us to live in communion with others. You're invited to spend intentional time together with other daughters, build beautiful new relationships and strengthen existing ones. It is here we will laugh, cry, share, encourage, and uplift each other.
